一、Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the item. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
二、 Eligibility for Returns
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received: no scratches, dents, or damage, with no artificial wear to the jade surface. 2. All original packaging, gift boxes, authenticity certificates, and accessories must be returned complete. Missing items will void the return eligibility. 3. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process your return request and verify the item’s authenticity.
三、Jade Jewelry Special Notes –Natural jade may contain inherent textures, inclusions, and color variations. These are natural characteristics of genuine jade and are not considered defects, so they do not qualify for return. –Although jade is hard, it is brittle. Damage caused by dropping, impact, or exposure to chemicals during –wear or storage is not eligible for return. 3. Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be resold and are not eligible for return or exchange once produced.
四、Non‑Returnable Conditions
The following conditions are not eligible for return; partial refunds or repairs may be offered at our discretion:
–Irreversible damage such as cracks, breaks, or surface corrosion caused by human factors.
–Items showing obvious signs of wear, scratches, dents, or damage caused by improper use or storage.
–Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or complete accessories.
–Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery.
–Custom-made, engraved, or clearance sale items (clearly stated at the time of purchase).
五、Return Process
–Contact our customer service to request a return/exchange, providing your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the item. –Once approved, we will send you our designated return address and packaging requirements. –Please do not send the item directly to the manufacturer or any address other than the one provided by us. –After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-7 business days.
六、Important Notes
- We recommend taking an unboxing video when you receive the item, including the packaging, product details, and certificate, for future reference.
- Jade jewelry is a high-value item; please use shock-resistant and pressure-proof packaging when returning to prevent damage in transit.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
